The Drake Journal of Agricultural Law is dedicated to the review of legal issues affecting the agricultural industry by providing a forum to explore international and domestic agricultural law.
The Journal is a student-run publication with three issues published each year. The fall and spring issues contain articles by professors, judges, attorneys, students, and others in the international and domestic agricultural community. The summer issue is a symposium issue dedicated to articles detailing the agricultural law topics discussed at the Annual American Agricultural Law Symposium.
